NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Mateo County Harbor District will receive bids for the SMCHD Admin Building Water Damage Repair Project 2022-04. Bidders bidding as the prime contractor should e-mail District Director of Operations at expressing interest in the project.


Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the San Mateo County Harbor District Director of Operations at no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 5, 2022.


A virtual pre-bid conference, via Zoom, will be held prior to the date of bid opening. District staff will be available to answer general questions pertaining to the solicitation documents and the specifications. Any questions that may require staff research to answer, or that will otherwise modify the meaning or intent of this solicitation, shall be submitted to the District in writing as described in Special Provisions. The virtual pre-bid conference will take place on September 14, 2022
