Additional trucking is expected for material delivery to the site on a daily basis (Monday - Friday) until Wednesday, November 20 between the hours of 12:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Additional trucks are expected along Oyster Point Boulevard between US-101 off-ramp and Marina Boulevard. Commuters may expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Pile driving operations continue through January 2020. The contractor expects to install approximately 1,500 piles. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

5/2/2019 NOTICE: COMMENCEMENT OF PILE DRIVING
To Members of the Oyster Point Marina Community:
We are pleased to inform you that construction has officially started on our Phase 1 building at Kilroy Oyster Point.
This new phase will initiate pile driving activities (hammering of a steel tube into the ground) beginning on Monday, May 6th and will continue through January 2020. The contractor anticipates installing approximately 1,500 piles for the project at a rate of approximately 8 to 17 piles per day. To reduce disruptions to residents and businesses, work will be performed during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), Monday – Friday. Additional updates will be provided, should any changes to this schedule become necessary.
