How Our Meetings are Facilitated
The San Mateo County Harbor District Board of Commissioners conduct business at their regular Board Meetings, on the third Wednesday of the month starting at 10:00 AM. Meetings are currently being held in person at the SMCHD Administration Building, 504 Avenue Alhambra, Ste. 200, El Granada, CA 94018.
The San Mateo County Harbor District Commission follow Robert's Rules of Order.
Members of the public are welcome to speak at Board meetings during the Public Comment period on the agenda, or to a specific item. Public comments are limited to two (2) minutes. We request that a Public Comment slip (on the table at the entrance) be filled out and given to the Deputy Secretary at the beginning of the meeting.
