Sally Campbell served as District Board President five times while on the Harbor Board. A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Ms. Campbell lived in San Mateo County, Moss Beach for many years, as well as in Pacifica. She was elected to the Harbor Commission in 1992, re-elected in 1996, and again in 2000, and 2004. She was the top vote getter in the San Mateo County-wide Election of 2000, 2004 and 2008. Before her election to the Harbor Commission, she served for nearly six years on the Midcoast Community Council, the advisory council to the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors.
She supported the Commercial Fishing Fleet at Pillar Point Harbor., and she supported and voted for the Commercial Boats being able to sell fresh fish directly from the boats.
