In preparation for the construction work starting at the marina this summer, we are providing our Waterside Logistics Plan for your reference (see sidebar for images). The approximate timeline for this work is as follows:
Phase 1A  July 2020 - August 2020
Phase 1B  August 2020 - December 2020
Phase 2    December 2020 - May 2021

Additional trucking is expected along Oyster Point Boulevard between US-101 off-ramp and Marina Boulevard from material delivery to site on a daily basis (Monday through Friday) until end of February, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.  

Noise Alert:

Pile-driving operations continue through February, 2020. The contractor is installing approximately 1,500 piles. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

KILROY OYSTER POINT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT (379 Oyster Point Blvd.)

Additional trucking is expected along Oyster Point Boulevard between US-101 off-ramp and Marina Boulevard from material delivery to site on a daily basis (Monday through Friday) until Wednesday, November 20, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Commuters can expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Underground utility work scheduled at the intersection of Oyster Point Boulevard and Gull Drive through Monday, October 28. Work will impact travel in the eastbound and westbound directions along Oyster Point Boulevard as it will be reduced to a single travel lane in each direction between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Work will occur Monday through Friday. Commuters can expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes. Please follow signage and safety personnel instructions at all times

September 18, 2019 Update

Contractor efforts continue on pile installation. Excavation, cutting of piles, and reinforcing for pile caps are underway. Material deliveries continue through January, 2020. Work for temporary power for the project from Gull Drive is underway.

Please note that the power outages will affect different marinas on each day. On Tuesday, October 1st, the work will take place in the West Basin. On Wednesday, October 2nd the work will take place in the East Basin. Below you may find the scheduled activities for each day:

Project Update:

Contractor efforts continue on forming and pouring for elevator pits and mat slab foundation. Material deliveries continue for the pile driving operations that will continue through January, 2020. Work for temporary power for the project from Gull Drive is underway.

Hathaway Dinwiddie will be making a 1,880 yd. concrete pour on Saturday, July 27th. Set up for this work will begin at 4 a.m. The pouring will begin at 5 a.m. with anticipated completion by 3:30 p.m. Additional updates will be provided, should any changes to this schedule become necessary.

A concrete pour is scheduled for Saturday, July 27 starting at 4:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Additional trucking is expected as trucks enter and exit the site along Oyster Point Boulevard just north of Marina Boulevard.

 5/2/2019 NOTICE: COMMENCEMENT OF PILE DRIVING

To Members of the Oyster Point Marina Community:

 We are pleased to inform you that construction has officially started on our Phase 1 building at Kilroy Oyster Point.  
This new phase will initiate pile driving activities (hammering of a steel tube into the ground) beginning on Monday, May 6th and will continue through January 2020. The contractor anticipates installing approximately 1,500 piles for the project at a rate of approximately 8 to 17 piles per day. To reduce disruptions to residents and businesses, work will be performed during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), Monday – Friday. Additional updates will be provided, should any changes to this schedule become necessary.
