Harbor Board of Commissioners Special Meeting - Salmon Smolt Release at Pillar Point Harbor 

On Saturday June 7, 2025, at Pillar Point Harbor the Coastside Fishing Club will be taking the delivery of 250,000 salmon smolt (baby salmon) from the Mokelumne River Hatchery.  The smolt will be delivered into a pen where the baby salmon assimilate to saltwater prior to release seven days later.  With this delivery, over 750,000 baby salmon have been delivered to Pillar Point Harbor this year…
